Which Champ to use a Generic Awakening Gem?

So, I'm currently at a point in the game where I have RTTL, ACT5, and eventually LOL ahead of me. Which champ will benefit the most from being awakened and will take me the furthest in the rest of the game?

I am thinking starlord because he sucks big time without it and is probably the champ with the biggest disparity between duped/unduped.

GP has some uses without the gem, SL has none.

Gwenpool doesn't need to be duped to be good. SL's definitely the choice if you're moving onto LoL.
