As kabam said they will extending the limit of purchasing 5 star incursions crystals to 2 but they didnt did this? Why?

    I may be wrong, but i remember that the limit increasing of 5 star incursion crystals is only applicable to those who qualify for the new Tier 1 which requires you to own 8 6* champions. Do you meet this criteria?
