game automatically getting closed and unable to view images

Im not able to play game for past 2 days. My game is automatically getting closed in 10min from opening of the game. Because of that i lost one premium hero crystal and one 4 star hero crystal as the game got closed exactly at the time of opening it. How i will get back those crystal.? Yesterday I faced another issue of not able to view images of champs, items and on the whole images of everything home screen and also while playing game which also includes power meter, health bar etc.. all appears invisible in home screen and as white patch box while playing game. I reinstalled the game but still problem persist.
Im not sure this is right place to post it or anyother way is there to bring this issue to kabam developers.
