Which path to take on 5.4.6

I tried a few and i'm not taking the rage path or the bane path that much i'm sure, on the border with vigor but besides that i haven't tried the other paths. which one would be the easiest for the champs i have, thanks

i took the top path with x-23 and wolvie, used AA neurotoxin for pretty much the entire path. rank that medusa for the ultron boss and you should be fine
