T3 Class Cat Quest Revamp

I have to imagine this has been brought up before, but there needs to be a revamp of the rewards for the T3 Class Cat Quests. I am in my 4th run and still am just over half way to a fully formed Cat. This is obnoxious. 100% completion should result in a guanrunteed fully formed Cat like the T2 Class quest, and there needs to be an increase L4 chest fully formed drop rate %s.
