Unable to claim items

I’ve put in two tickets to try to get this issue resolved & no one has even responded to me. About 24 hours ago as of this writing, I have been unable to claim items (potions, refills, etc) from my stash. Countless items have expired & I can’t do anything about it.

    Posted a comment on this issue in another post yesterday on claiming ISO. Also affecting some people in my alliance.

    I realise it may not be affecting all players but I’ve submitted a ticket to Kabam and had no response so far. Plus this thread and the previous one have not had any response from Kabam mods. Similar experience to OP.

    Hope it gets picked up and resolved quickly. Can sell items but want to be able to claim to clear content.

    When I select to claim items the green claim max icon disappears but items stay in overflow and can’t be claimed in gameplay.

    The team has already been looking into this and has a fix that should be ready for the next update.
