I think Magneto vs. Matador Wasp is bugged

First time I fought her I had to bait out 7 specials to get to 3 bars of power.

I tried again and baited out 5 specials and only ever get one bar of power.

I could be missing something, but I’m not sure what?

Cavalier difficulty, 3.1

    Sometimes AAR works against you.

    If you do BW Vs Carnage, she can stop him proccing Physical Resistance buffs; and leave him proccing buffs like Fury and Precision. Which is okay if you're very skilled, but can be a problem if you let him hit you.
