While he might be lacking in utility, he has some decent damage output if used correctly. He has a true strike buff and a j no ova surge buff,
If we calculate the damage ,
He has a permanent fury giving 60% attack.
An extra 4 fury, altogether giving a additional 60% attack.
At max sig his mediums get 250% attack rating.
Gains a total of 30% extra energy danage and a 60% on the second medium.
100%+60%+60%+250%x 130%( energy)
= 600% attack rating on a critical medium
