Torch and Red Guardian are worth it IMO. But saving for Cap IW or Void is good as well.

Anybody saying torch hasn't seen what his sig ability is. Using it on him is basically throwing it down the drain. If you can get red guardian to high sig with sig stones use it on him, if not save it.

So being able to use flame on multiple times in a quest is a waste? Funny since that's actually quite helpful in plenty of quests

At sig level 1 it's a pitiful chance (around 10%) to get it back per fight. You don't use torch on every fight (or you shouldn't if you do, he's mostly for mystics and stuff with energy basic attacks), so you don't have a lot of chances to get it back. Also, where exactly are you using flame on before the boss anyway? You only really need it for very specific fights outside of bosses, which is basically just incinerate immunes you don't have a better option for (Which is only really other torchs, I find). If you're usng flame on on the first torch fight every time you're using torch wrong, and relying on a really low chance to actually get it back for the boss, where you'll get way better use out of it, isn't worth a 5* AG.

I have 5* R5 torch at sig 60. Flame on never comes back after using it at this sig level. Unless you plan to get him to 200, don't waste the gem on him. It's really pointless unless he's max sig as the chance to reactivate is pretty low and requires you to fight a lot with him so the chance increases after each fight. I regret using mine because it will be awhile before I can get him to sign 200. Luckily I already have a high sig Void and don't have a CAIW to worry about or a Red Guardian. Hold it if nothing else and get the sig stones first before you pull the trigger.
