Lag between fights, screens, rewards, etc

Has anyone else been experiencing issues where you have to wait maybe 30 seconds or longer between arena fights? This has been this way since for a few weeks, and very annoying. I spend more time waiting for the next fight than I actually do in the fight. I have tried on cell service, home wifi, friends wifi, and different devices, but all still lag
