Hood worth rank 4 for Offense?

Seeing Mystic advancement on now, is Hood worth a rank 4 for offense purpose compared against Mordo?

Both unawakened.

Also, how many points is needed to hit rank rewards? 3 times of milestones?

Is it better to just hit milestones and wait for another round of advancement than to chase rank rewards?

    Hood can stop unstopable,regen.and everything with hax so it is useful.when he is invincible he can "evade" all projectils and most of the hits(only dd is not effected by that).after that he can't be stunned...so yes,i think he is a decent champion

    Yes hood is Great. He also bypasses stun immune champs when hex expires. They still stun. The stagger keeps champs from getting their next buff like regen. Hex effects bypass safeguard as well *wink*
