Why can't I play labyrinth?

I'm try to get my 100% exploration of labyrinth started but whenever I click fight the game freezes for a long time ( so long that I have to quit the game and re-login).
As for AQ only map4 is playable for me map5 and 6 also face the same freezing issue. (Only difference is after a short time the game take me back to the map and my champ loses 50% health))
