I only have room for 5 tier 4 basic catalysts. At what level can I make more space

    I don't know, but you could always focus on other champs and diversify your roster instead of focusing on one. you're only level 38, so I'm assuming you don't really need r4s

    My guess is that OP is rushing to try and get UC rather than focussing on 100% act 4 and he feels like he needs a 5* rank 4 to do this.

    yeah they only have one maxed four star along with the aa.
