Magneto bugged in incursions or am I missing something?

Hello
Today I was fighting incursions, Zone 8. I fought Ultron (OG), no nodes on room 3. Then I fought Ultron (AoU), no buff-pilfering nodes on room 4. Both times I used Magneto.
The issue is that instead of getting Prowess when using heavy, I kept getting a "Pilfered" message.
Is that a mechanic unique to incursions or is it a good old bug on Magneto?

there's a node called pilfer which takes your buffs

That I know. None had that node on. Or is it a global node I missed?

OG Ultron was unnoded. AoU Ultron was unblockable the first 6 second of the fight and had that made us unstoppable every few seconds.
