R3 Carnage or Silver Surfer?

I have a 5* Silver Surfer and 5* Carnage. I've been reading a lot about how SS isn't good for finishing content and I've used Carnage enough to know he's good. I have the cosmic cats. Which of these would be worth the R3?

Thanks! Yeah, I've used him for a lot of content so far and I've loved his unblockable utility while bleed is in effect. In my very little experience with SS I'm not as impressed as I thought I'd be.

Surfer for no other reason then prestige, Carnage everything else. The only thing Surfer has on Carnage are his pseudo immunites which aren't impressive to begin with, his phase, vigilance and energy damage aren’t anything special either.

This is pretty much Surfer realistically at his peak with his phase also being showcased at its most interesting in my opinion, if this doesn’t sell you on him then yea I’d go with Carnage. Surfer can be fun but I agree he really isn’t very impressive.

Yea it’s a really awesome video which doesn’t even use an sp2 focused build which I image deals more damage, but those bleeds from his sp1 really put in work so it’s hard to say, impressive none the less.
