I don't get this... Was going to use Stealthy against Magneto, so I selected webfoam, then I remembered that he is #metal.

So, I used someone else to defeat Mags. Then in another fight, I wanted to use Webfoam again, and it said that up above. I didn't even use it, so, why won't it let me pick again, is that a bug?

did u accidentally press a different ability such as enervate or vulnerability instead

Yea if you didn't fight with him you dont get the charge back. So you have to do a new fight with him to get the charge back to then be able to use his prefight ability
