My items didn't end up in the stash

Yesterday I opened 776 quest crystals from which I got 106 small energy refills and other items like iso+8 and units.
Before opening those crystals I remember I had only 6 small energy refills after the opening I got check and I have 15 small energy refills in the inventory as they should be but the rest didn't end up in my stash (The place where you can claim items later untill they expire) I was planning on sell those refills but only 4 ended up in the stash.
So the game owns me 93 small energy refills, please give me my energy refills or the equivalent gold.
I earned those crystals and saved them for a long time and this cannot happen I want those back.

    Sometimes there is a visual bug with how many items you actually get. Maybe it’s the case here?
