Some characters that can regen should be able to shrug off debuffs while regenerating

I think that characters like Wolverine and Deadpool, Ultron, Iron Man, King Groot, Venom the Duck should have the ability to shrug off debuffs while regeneration is active. This would make sence because the regeneration is "purifying them" and would make sense to at least have a percentage change while a regeneration buff or passive is active for a debuff to be shrugged off, the same ability that some skill class characters have. I think that that should be added to the mechanic of regeneration itself not added to the individual characters.
