Struggling with Rank Up decision

So I have a 5* 4>5 gem for Cosmic champs. I have Corvus, CMM, Hyperion all at 4/55, all awakened. I also already have 6* Corvus at 2/35 but unawakened. Last caveat, I don't have Nicholas Fury, so I don't get the most out of CMM without her synergies currently.

Do I go Hype or do I just pull the trigger for double Corvus? I'm struggling to decide. I don't need to hurry with this decision obviously, but any input would help.

@Etjama no suicides. I’m on 6.3.1 story wise, one lane of LoL, no Abyss and have completed every Variant except for 5.
