Pure skill mastery

When or is the Pure Skill Mastery getting fixed? If it is not getting fixed I would like to be reimbursed for all the resources I have spent building the mastery up (which is substantial) I also have almost 40 skill cores in my inventory which I can not do anything with which just sit there. Why has this issue been allowed to slide for so long without anything being done.
