I can't see the multiplayer option(earlier known as dungeon)

in Bugs and Known Issues
I can see the option of playing dungeons on 1 device but from my other device, When I go to fight I can't see the option to enter a dungeon even if I am level 13. Plz fix this or suggest me what to do. Thank you.
