The moment Medusa was released, both Black Bolt and Karnak's synergies were updated to include Medusa, yet what about those below:
Star Lord - Family with Yondu
Gamora - Family with Nebula and Thanos
Loki - should have been similar to Nebula; Family & Rivalry with Thor
Thor - Family with Angela and Loki
Rogue - Romance with Gambit
Captain America (both) - Enemies with Crossbones
Dr Strange - Friends with Mordo
Spiderman Classic, Spiderman Symbiote and Miles Morales - Enemies with Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus
Cyclops - Family with Cable
Daredevil (both), Punisher, Elektra, Luke Cage, Iron Fist (both) - Enemies with Kingpin
Deadpool (X-Force) - Rivals with Cable
Rhino, Electro, Vulture, Venom - Teammates with Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus
