Miles Morales evade and hit

I thought the evade bug was fixed and yet in 534 I fight Miles Morales and every single time he evades he also hit me at the same time and I can't block it!
And after that of course he goes into a 5 hit combo and kills me!
WTF kabam???

Actually this should have been fixed and I didn't have this problem so far against either version of Spiderman. Currently the way they changed it is when any evasion happens the champion dashes backwards a bit (which can be extremely humorous if they multi evade in a row and go half way across the screen).

So, they shouldn't be able to stand in place and attack you. Do you have a screenshot or video? Would make it easier to see what's happening.
