I know Magneto doesn’t bleed as long as you have one coagulate mastery. Anyone know if that’s the case if Mags fights a 100% bleed node in AQ?

If it’s a node that increases bleed potency, such as enhanced bleed, it won’t fully negate it. It’s like this I think

100% damage of bleed + 40% additional damage from node -90% from magneto’s abilities = 50% - 10% from coagulate = 40% damage still taken

As opposed to without the node
100% damage from bleed -90% from his abilities and a further 10% from coagulate = 0% bleed damage

Appreciate it. Makes sense. I was literally about to move to a bleed node to see in Map5 but figured I’d ask.

this is correct. if it's just a bleed node that says bleed 100% hp over sixty seconds, you would negate most of it

So on 100% bleed hp nodes in AQ hell take about 40% bleed damage. Good to know! With willpower he may off set some of it I assume. Thanks!

This is why you need 3/3 in coagulate, so many enhanced bleed nodes that OR wouldnt mitigate with just 1 point

Even at max coagulate he would still take damage from some enhanced bleed nodes (e.g. 40% enhanced bleed)

I used 40% as an example. If the node is like ‘take 100% bleed damage over 60 seconds’ then magneto and coagulate should reduce that. But if it is ‘take 100% bleed damage over 60 seconds’ plus also ‘bleeds are enhanced by 40% then he will still take damage with coagulate.

However the amount of extra bleed damage is pretty small that you’ll probably be healing with willpower anyway, unless it massive increases bleed damage.
