R5 confusion

I have a rank 5 of each class but mystic. These are my rank 5 Champs
1) Aegon
2) Sunspot
3) Corvus
4) Quake
5) Stark spidey
I got magik as my first fivestar and now she is at sig 140 r4. I recently pulled symbiote Supreme and he is at r4 as well, unawakened. I'm now completing 6. 2 and thus rises the confusion. I use magik in war all the time and I know sym supreme can be helpful for champion boss. So I stand confused whom to r5
