Linked node effects even though it was taken down in aq map 5

So I've been playing map 5 today and I told my teammates to leave the 1% Regen linked node on human torch mini boss, so that I could take him down easily with my void, I'm pretty sure that I've checked in the map if there's only 1 linked node is up and after I get to the fight screen it showed as there's 2 linked nodes are up( I've realized this after the fight) and went to the fight, and died to the bleed node, I don't have any proof to show whether the nodes are up or not as I've started recording after I went to the fight screen, can anyone please confirm whether it happened to any one of you.
