Tomorrow I'll post the outcome of this war and see if kabam has actually fixed this issue of alliances not placing for war. Is this consider an exploit by the players? Of course there has to be a winner and a looser... Stay toon

Quick update, I believe we are facing a shell alliance. If you guys check them out. They have a lot of guys who have not been active for months and there are many lvl1 players. It's extremely suspicious to say the least.
