40m 10.75k prestige P2 map7 ally looking for some replacements

We are a 40m 10.75k prestige ally, finished P2 last season and transitioning to map7
Moved to 7x5 this week from map6 but that has exposed some members who are not strong enough for 7x5 epic mods so need some replacements
Looking for an 10.5k+ prestige player who is confident in AW and able to handle T1/2 with map7 experience and happy to run 7x5 epic mods
We use telegram for comms and have a very settled core of members. Mainly GMT/GMT+1 but with a few GMT-5 members and a couple from other timezones
