PERSISTENT BUG IN SAMSUNG PRODUCTS CAUSING RE-DOWNLOAD AND DATA CONSUMPTION

ok i for one and done with the cookie cutter responses asking for device information and blah blah blah, as consumers it should not be our job to fix YOUR bugs, this has gone on long enough and i cant imagine its good for business either, so please FIX this, its ridiculous at this point.

i used the 7 zipper app to do a media scan and i havent had to re-download since so beta or not, im smooth sailing
