Boss completion not recognised

For some reason, despite the boss in BG2 of the current AW having been cleared there's no indication of this in either the AW2 chat channel or the Wargroup chat.
Now it may be that when the AW time finishes this double clearance is acknowledged but I want to register this problen while the war is still active
