2* and 3* max Sig unstoppable colosus

Why am I not getting max Sig crystals for these? They've both been maxed for some time, yet every time I get them, all I get is the iso and gold. Should max cig crystals be awarded for them? And if not, then why not?

    Punisher and UC don't give you any max sig ability crystal because they are easier to get

    Maxing UC and punisher has never given max sig stones.
