    This. Kabam have already responded in saying they felt like there was already a ton of content pushed out so instead of overloading and then having some relatively dry fall months, they decided to spread things out.

    In some countries, it is summer when it is winter for the US, Canada, northern hemisphere etc. They were trolling, said summer but meant it for the southern hemisphere meaning winter for us.
