Hi, should I pull the trigger to rank 5 Colossus even though I do not have Omega Red as a 5*?

Also, I’m planning on taking Sentinel to Rank 4 once I get enough T4CC. Who else should I rankup to Rank 4?

P.S.
- Aside from Colossus I can rank 5 two more champions but I’m thinking of saving them up first.
- I don’t have a good 6 star except for Yondu. -
- Currently at 6.1.2.
- Almost 100% 5.4 Exploration. 5 more runs against Ultron.
- Variants untouched.

I'd definitely r5 Colossus. I like shulk so I would do her. I'd recommend aa for a r5

She-Hulk is a really good candidate and I'm actually considering to R4 her before I R4 my Torch.
