What can be the problem with rating.

Hey guys I have a 4 star fully maxed out Venom sig 99. But still it's rating is mere 5200. Some of my friends have it and their rating is about 6k. So what can be the problem. Please help.

    The difference in rating is most likely due to mastery set-up. The PI of champs can vary pretty widely with different mastery set-ups. The most obvious example is when you run suicides your PI goes up significantly.
