Who is worthy of a 5 star Mystic Awakening Gem?

Just got one from the calendar and was wondering who to awaken. I already have Mojo awakened and the only other mystics I have that I am thinking about awakening are Symbiote Supreme (r4) and Mephisto (r2 but I will rank him up). Who should I use it on? Or should I save?

Save it. Aside form Mojo no one really needs the awakening in the Mystic Class like how Void does in the Science Class does. Save it for Doom prolly.

Save it for Doctor Voodoo, Morningstar and Scarlet Witch. Or Ghost Rider if you really like him.
