Which skill champion to rank 5?

I can take any of these champs straight to rank 5 using gems. Any ideas?

I'm considering that, but his buff's supposed to be just a tune-up, so I'm not too fussed about it.

Elsa

Elsa is the one with most utility that you don't currently have. Has an amazing base critical rate. Her evade/counter on well-timed block is a rare counter for champs who are stun-immune, or on a Mighty Charge node. She can shut down evade with Coldsnap, and deal solid DoT. Shrugs off non-damaging debuffs.
