Whom should i rank up??

So today i pulled guillotine 2099 as 6*...i already have warlock as 6* rank 2...i was thinking of ranking up 5* quake to 5 or 5* doom to rank 5...!!! So who should i rank up?? (P.s. i am not that great with quake but for ex. can one shot rol winter soldier with her so not that bad either)

Best champ in the game if you can play her. If you can't, I'd try to learn. And if you can't learn, I'd go with Doom.
