    Cap Marvel for act 5. There are no healthpools needing the power of guillotine 2099 there at r4.

    this. CMM at r4 can walk through any quest in act five, including the class based ones in 5.3

    Guilly 2099 at rank 4 is a bit too Overkill for act 5 imo. At rank 3, she can do what you need effectively. As for CMM, I used her in my act 5 exploration and she was pretty useful.
    I'd say CMM for now, but I don't know if you have Nick Fury or her awakened ability either.
