can not add new friends

in Bugs and Known Issues
recently i haven been able to add new friends, i have a friend who i know from former alliance and I ask him to add me as a friend, he say that he has never received any friend request and we make it at the same time and he didn't receive the request and neither do I.


could you please check on this?
