Made a huge mistake!

I was saving up my shards for the tech and cosmic dual crystal 5* for tomorrow and just go enough shards today. But when I wanted to check on my shards, I saw that the dual crystals weren't there. So instead of waiting, I bought a normal 5* crystal cuz I thought they were removed and when I asked global, no said anything. So I thought they were removed. I got mephisto from the crystal and I mean its not bad but I was saving up cuz I had a cosmic and tech 5* awakening gem. T_T

    is there anything I can do to reverse this or do I just save up for another 5* crystal?

    Once you have opened a mistakenly purchased crystal there is nothing that can be done. In the future restart the game to refresh the game if you don not see something you were expecting.
