Need Kabam Help

It has become a infinite loop. As you can see from the 2nd screen shot, I have already participated in the survey. Each and everytime I am logging in,I can't get past that Deadpool screen,so I can't contact Kabam through usual ticket. What was the big idea at the first place when creating a survey without the option to opt out all together.This kinda things simply ruin the playing experiences.
