This is a Great Synergy that can be Utilized in later Content and even Variant 1 Chapter 3(Cosmic&Science) but you Restricted It by making so u CAN'T dash back in order to use it. This should Definitely be tuned. Make the synergy 20% so Luke has a flat 50% to inflict exhaustion and Get rid of the "Without Dashing Back" Idea. The way content is getting tougher and the block penetration, This synergy is useless. Please consider this @Kabam Miike
