Juggernauts and UC getting a free stagger pass?!

Due to a bug relating to Juggernauts and UC where players were able to get a hit in during their specials stopping their unstoppable effect from occurring kabam's solution was to have one unstoppable effect at the start of the special on top of the unstoppable effect at the end of the special animation. Unfortunately, this was not the best solution because it basically gives them a free stagger pass against champs who do not stack staggers (for example, Hood) because the first unstoppable effect is staggered however, since since the stagger is now gone the second unstoppable effect still goes off basically giving them a free stagger pass as i mentioned earlier. Please a find a better solution to this so Hood and other stagger champ's who do not stack stagger are rendered useless against their unstoppable effects.

    There is absolutely no reason for these champions to activate unstoppable twice.
