Of course, it is normal and acceptable to have a luck factor in hero crystals. However, arenas are an area where players spend a lot of time and effort. These arena crystals that we have accumulated for days, sometimes give no credit. For these crystals, the luck factor is grim.
I have a suggestion. "Guaranteed Crystals" and its content are as follows;

You can get 1 crystal for 100,000 badges.
150 credits + 300,000 gold = 40%
200 credits + 250,000 gold = 30%
250 credits + 200,000 gold = 20%
300 credits + 150,000 gold = 10%

This is a simple example. a small amount of guaranteed crystal should come out of these crystals.
