Which Strategic Rank-Ups Will Benefit Most?

I'm a F2P player and in a casual alliance so my growth is comparatively quite slow; as a result I need to be quite strategic with my rank-ups and struggle with the decision making. So I'm seeking guidance!
Here is my roster:
In terms of Content I need to do Variants 2 & 5 and then back to Act 6.
I've got the resources to probably take 2 champs to Rank 5 or possibly 1 6* to Rank 2 and a 5* to Rank 5. I also have a Mystic R5 gem though I'm of a mind to save that for Claire Voyant.
Top choices in my mind:
Omega Red: He's low sig (40 - thanks to using them all on Namor just before pulling him) and I'm not currently running Suicides, plus he's unusable in Variant 5 and I don't think he's much use in 2 either - good for Act 6 though and already have Colossus at R5.
Archangel: Unawakened - have a generic gem but loath to use it on him since I'm not planning to use sigs on him in favour of OR.
Cap IW: Also low sig (50 - chance to proc is just over 50% for his Sig abilities) - option for Variant 2 using just heavy and L3 and good utility for other content
Void: Sig 140, no use in Variants and he seems to have dropped out of potential use of late?
6* Venom: Sig 20, good future potential as a 6* and a solid champ in his own right, solid option for Variants 2 & 5 but possibly a bit limited potential in Act 6 content? Expensive to rank up as a 6*
Venom the Duck: Unawakened but not critical, solid for Variants 2 & 5 but limited use beyond that
Hyperion: Sig 101 (used stones before realising he didn't need them) - good option for Variant 2 though I struggle to stop using regular attacks when using him, also good for Act 6 but for some reason I don't seem to use him as often as I should...
6* Longshot: Unawakened, kind of get how to use him but still learning, unsure where he'd be of particular value I don't already have...?
Magik: Sig 20, not what she used to be? With Doom I think I've generally got Power Control already taken care of but she can KEEP their power down which may yet be of use - potential for Variant 5 and Story
Dr Voodoo: Sig 60, similar to Magik - expect I'll take up one or the other for much the same reason, not both.
Sorcerer Supreme: Don't know much about how to use her or what value she offers that I don't already have...?
Sentinel: Sig 40, Variant 3 is already done so unsure how valuable he'd be though could do V2 and some story content
Guillotine 2099: R3 so will cost a bit to bring up but an option nonetheless, unawakened but have a Tech gem, uncertain of particular value? I'm not good in long fights...
Other R3s that could be options: Havok (Sig 20), Emma Frost (Unawakened), Red Guardian (Sig 20), Storm Pyramid X (Unawakened), Tigra (Unawakened), Hulkbuster (Sig 20).

AA pretty much needs his dupe, otherwise hes just damage and no utility so i wouldnt r5 him either
i dont know about void cos i only have him as 4 star
u dont really need venom at r2 or vtd at r5, they are fine at r4/r1 for v2 and v5 completion.
magik isnt too useful in v5, i have her at r4 but i rarely ever used her.
idk about voodoo or longshot cos ive never used them
sorc sup has good regen on block and slow that can basically last infinitely.
g99 was an mvp for so much stuff in act 6 for me, soloed 6.3 havok and imiw, and also great for clearing lanes in act 6. also mvp for labyrinth.
havok can be useful here and there in act 6 for stuff like energy adoption or other incinerate nodes.
you didnt include steathy, hes great in act 6 and mvp in v5, really good option for GM fight, also great for 6.3.5 mysterio, 6.3.6 capiw and mvp for 6.4.5 adaptoid.
I completed v5 with r4 doom,r4 voodoo and r4 venom the duck.
You have venom too so you don't need to upgrade anyone.Your roster is ready for v5.
Based on that, definitely Venom.
