Cannot enter in AW

One of our long time player cannot enter in AW (for 3 groups). The error indicates that he already is in another AW. And of course that's not true. His last AW is with us and ended tuesday...
He restarted the game, logout/logon. Still the same message.
Does anyone have a solution quickly?
