Players are self directed - make their own decisions in AQ and AW.
We prefer cavalier, but would consider a very strong uncollected!
Either way - we want active players that can punch above their weight.
AQ and AW are required, but laid back in general.
We are G2, running 555 and get 160M+ in AQ.
We use a method that manages prestige that makes maps easier.
