Platinum jones' locker key claiming.

I claimed a locker from the objective window. Then I loaded another window and the option to choose a key showed. It accidentally closed when I opened a fight window. Now I can't claim that key anymore. What is this? What kind of clunky game design is this? If the key choosing window accidentally closes then that key is lost forever? Please take action and reimburse me promptly. Why do you guys have to make life so difficult for us? Make the content difficult, that is alright but why something like claiming rewards has to be so counterintuitive? This is simply nonsensical. What is your excuse? Deadpool did it? Or was it platinumpool the fabulous one? Lol

Nevermind, I got the key choosing window upon re-login. But it is still a very lengthy business. In future I would recommend just giving a key as reward. One can use the key in any difficulty but it would be lost once a gate is opened. e.g. If I have 2 keys and I so choose to use one of them to open a gate in the easy difficulty then as soon as I use it the item is lost and then I would have 1 key because 2-1 = 1. But I can use the other one to open a gate in Cavalier difficulty and the key would be lost once a gate opens. Get my point?
