LF 8 veteran players that enjoy AW but laid back AQ Gold1/AQ 4x5

We had a BG that decided to take step away from the game. Looking for veteran players that can handle tier 4/5/6 wars. We have consistently been in Gold1 and close to Plat4 the last two seasons. We are a laid back group and we don't go crazy on anyone if they get KO'd or yell at people to use items.
We currently do AQ 4x5. We are able to finish the map easily with minimum participation so no one has to stress about moving in AQ. We mainly do AQ so we can get Glory to help get potions to help out in war.
We have no minimums when it comes to other alliance events. We all just play and try to progress in the game while still having fun. Main goal is to make sure it doesn't feel like a part time job.
