Awaken 4 star Sentinel?

I've got a tech awakening gem. I have a duped ghost but I haven't gotten Starky or IMIW or Darkhawk yet so I'm wondering if it's better to wait for one of those instead. I'm not concerned with alliance quests/wars or endgame content, I'm a very casual player who mostly just does monthly event quests and occasionally progresses through the story (Currently on 5.3.1) Hope that context helps
